1051-1 522DAbstract Of the DisclosureA polymer admixture is formed from at least 95 volume %of a base polymer and less than 5 volume % of a block polymeradditive including a sequence of block segments represented by theformula [A][B][C], in which A is a poly(dialkylsiloxane), B is ahard block polymer segment with a crystalline melting point above37°C or a glass transition temperature above 37°C, and C is ahydrophilic polymer selected from the group consisting of poly-ethylene oxide and polyethylene oxide-copolypropylene oxide. Theadditive is characterized by a component having a low criticalsurface tension but with a tendency to exude, as well as a com-ponent which lowers this tendency.
