The present invention relates to a method for construction of windows with a false shutter piece made of a combination of wood and aluminium and to the windows obtained by this method. According to the invention, the method consists in forming, in a first stage, on the one hand the fixed frame 4 of the window and, on the other hand, the elements of the frame forming the false shutter piece and the sill; and, in a second stage, in assembling the elements of the frame forming the false shutter piece and sill on the fixed frame 4.
