PURPOSE:To facilitate assembly and contrive mold material not to be stuck to rotor plated, by providing a rotor shaft with a hub, and by providing the hub, with engaging pieces fitted on the non-circular opening sections of the respective rotor plates. CONSTITUTION:Before or after a hub 13 is pressed and fitted through a rotor shaft 5, respective rotor plates 4 are pressed through and fitted on the hub 13 so that slits 42 may be aligned in the same direction. In this case, the corner sections of the hub 13 are worked as engaging pieces 14 with the central slots 41 of the respective rotor plates 4, and the easily magnetized directions of the respective rotor plates 4 are aligned in the same direction, and the respective rotor plates 4 are retained in the direction.
