PURPOSE:To completely prevent variation in CO2 concn. in raw material gas at changing over hot blast stove, by interlocking a changeover signal with an operating signal of valve for controlling combustion exhaust gas, at exchanging over blowing stage and combustion stage. CONSTITUTION:At exchanging to blasting stage from combustion stage, firstly, combustion air supplied from a pipe 3 through a cutoff valve AV1 and combustion gas supplied from a fuel gas pipe 2 through a cutoff valve GV1, a source valve BV1 are mixed at burner and burnt in a combustion chamber F-1. Heat is given to brick in a hot blast stove HS1 by the gas generated at combustion, then the gas is released from a chimney through flue valves SVA1, SVB1 and a flue 4. At this time, a control valve PV1 and a piping 6 for receiving CO2 separation refining apparatus branching from the valve SVA1 are provided. If the combustion stage is ended, a signal from open to close state of the valve PV1 receives a signal of closes of the valves SVA1, SVB1 and simultaneously actuated with actuation of the valves SVA1, SVB1 from open to close state and the valve PV1 is closed from open state. In this way, air mixing into combustion exhaust gas due to closing from open state of an air filling valve CVB1 and opening of a blasting valve CVA1 and a hot blasting valve HV1 is completely prevented.
