INSTANT PROCESSING SYSTEM FOR BALANCE TRANSFER IN VOTING SYSTEM BY TELEPHONE

PURPOSE:To permit a member who has insufficient voting fund to propose the next vote on a drawback by transferring instantly the drawback for a voter who has a winning ticket, setting the drawback as the voting fund when a race is finished. CONSTITUTION:When the member proposes the vote by telephone, a voting content 7 is sent to a data processor 3, then being resistered on a magnetic disk 4, and a purchasing amount in the member account information is updated. Also the content 7 is sent to a totalizator system 5 in the hall as the tabulation information 9 classified by races/pairs. When the race is finished and determined, the drawback information 10 found by a divided calculation in the totalizator system 5 is received by the processor 3, and based on the information 10, the retrieval of the winning ticket is performed by a voting detail classified by member on the disk 4. At a time of completing the retrieval of the winning ticket, a dividend information 10 is multiplied by the number of voted sheets in the voting detail classified by member, and a drawback amount of member account information on the disk 4 is updated instantly. Since an updating is vocalized with a sound, the member can propose for the next vote within the voting fund.
