BATHING AGENT OF MEDICINAL HERB IMPREGNATED WITH MINERAL SUBSTANCE

PURPOSE:A mineral substance-containing bathing agent having both effects of medicinal herb and mineral substance, obtained by impregnating medicinal plant with a mineral substance solution and drying. CONSTITUTION:Plural medicinal herbs naturally growing are independently dried, respectively, cut and ground. The ground medicinal herbs are weighed and blended to give medicinal herb powder. On the other hand, mineral substance-containing hot spring or cold spring is concentrated to give a concentrated solution of mineral substance. The medicinal herb powder is blended with the concentrated solution of mineral substance and impregnated with the solution for a fixed time. The impregnated medicinal herb powder is dried to give a medicinal herb bathing agent. =30wt% calculated as dry weight based on total amounts of the medicinal herb powder is used to give the medicinal herb bathing agent. Licorice root, Japanese angelica root, sinomenium, cnidium, Cyperi Rhizoma, etc., may be cited as the medicinal herbs and they provide the body with nutrition of medicinal component indirectly. On the other hand, the mineral substance is directly effective for affected parts of skin diseases, bruises, sprains, etc.
