PURPOSE:To grasp always accurately an operating state by writing operating information in an operating information accumulating means on the basis of address information formed by an operating information accumulation control means. CONSTITUTION:When an information processing means 1A requests program information (a) to a memory control means 3A, the memory control mean 3A reads out the program information (a) corresponding to address information C from a program storing means 2aA and applies the program information (a) to an information processing means 1A. Thus, the information processing means 1A executes processing operation, but when an operating state to be provided is generated during the processing operation, the information processing means 1A outputs operating information (b) without interrupting the processing based upon the program information (a). When the operating information (b) is outputted, an operating information temporarily storing means 4 immediately receives the information and temporarily stores it. The operating information accumulation control means 5 reads out said operating information (b), generates address information and writes the operating information in the operating information accumulating means 2bA.
