PURPOSE:To register, apply and display a necessary part only for a displaying device by preparing a registering area for an explanatory sentence in an internal memory, and preparing a registering operation procedure, an applying operation procedure and an execution program to support the procedures. CONSTITUTION:The symbol code of an area 9 to interrupt and stop a job during the execution and support the area of the monitor of a picture buffer and a symbol code of an area 7' of an internal memory 7 are retrieved and collated, and the collated data (original data are preserved) are fetched into an area 8 of the picture buffer including the area of the explanation sentence. The fetched data are synthesized with the contents of the area of a buffer 8, the part of the buffer 8 is not displayed, may be changed over and preserved only, and anyway, the supporting part of a buffer 8' is displayed at the data displaying picture area of a CRT 15. Thus, the operator can confirm, on the picture, the meaning of the symbol mark displayed at the monitoring area during the job execution usually.
