METHOD OF AND DEVICE FOR SUPPLYING WASTE LIQUID TO INORGANIC SALTTCONTAINING WASTE LIQUID INCINERATOR

PURPOSE:To prevent decrease of thermal recovery efficiency in an inorganic salt- contained waste liquid incinerator by spraying rough particle-like inorganic salt- contained waste liquid to the inner wall surface intermittenly from a plurality of periperal positions of the wall of the incinerator, burning the waste liquid at the wall and preventing inorganic salt from cooperating with exhaust gas. CONSTITUTION:A burner unit 25 is operated to raise the temperature of the wall 11 in an inorganic salt-contained waste liquid incinerator. Waste liquid W is first sprayed as rough particles, for example, from a waste liquid nozzle 12A and an air conduit 17A for predetermined time toward the inner wall 11A in the vicinity of the nozzle and the conduit in the incinerator. Thus, the waste liquid W is heated, water content is evaporated, and organic article is volatilized and burnt. After inorganic salt is precipitated, it is molten, and the molten liquid thus produced spirally turns and flows down on the wall surface 11A in the incinerator. Then, waste liquid is similarly sprayed from the nozzle 12B. It is noted that the spraying time of the nozzle 12A most not exceed the time that the lump of precipitated salt on the wall may not become larger than predetermined size in the incinerator. It is controlled by a controller and a solenoid valve in a control device (not shown).
