CONSTITUTION:The floating rust, ocean living things, etc. sticking on the surface of the steel products 1 to be used on a construction site, etc., are removed by a hammer or chaplet bar. The fabric, sponge or cotton-like material 4 of the natural fibers or chemical fibers impregnated with the derusting and painting primer 'Rustmon(R)' (trade name) is then adhered tightly to the surface of the steel products and is covered with the coating material 3 then the material is fixed by fixing tapes 2 to prevent the evaporation of the 'Rustmon(R)'. After the rust on the surface of the steel products is removed by the 'Rustmon(R)', the tapes 2, the material 3 and the fibers 4 impregnated with the 'Rustmon(R)' are removed.
