A VERTICAL TYPE DEEPPHOLE PROCESSING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To improve operational efficiency, by supplying cutting liquid under pressure from a guide bush which serves as a guide for a drill head and by facilitating the discharge of cutting scraps, in a device to process deep holes by arranging an ejector drill vertically. CONSTITUTION:A work is set on a rotary table, and the drilling posiion is determined by a numerical instruction data. Main shaft head 14 is lowered at fixed speed, and at the same time, electromagnetic valves 91 and 92 are opened, and cutting liquid is supplied to supply ports 56 and 80. Drill head 70 is guided by guide bush 33 and drills a hole on the work. The cutting liquid from the gap between drill tube 71 and inner tube 72, together with cutting scraps, flows from the hole of drill head 70 into inner tube 72, and it is sucked due to ejector effect and is discharged from discharge port 57.
