MEASURING METHOD FOR FLOW RATE OF FLUID HAVING POTENTIAL

PURPOSE:To measure a flow rate of a fluid having the potential by installing an earthing electrode. CONSTITUTION:An earthing electrode 1 is installed in the vicinity of an electromagnetic flow meter 3 so that its earthing resistance becomes as small as possible. In this case, the electrode 1 is formed to a shape which can be grounded to a fluid 2, or grounded electrically to the outside. Also, as for the material, that which has covered titanium material with RuO2 etc. for lowering an over- voltage, and carbon are used for salt water and hydrochloric acid, respectively.
