METHOD OF OPERATING COKE PRODUCING SYSTEM EQUIPPED WITH COAL MOISTURE CONDITIONING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To effectively use sensible heat of a crude coke oven gas, by feeding a crude coke oven gas which has been cooled by spraying an ammonia liquor into a coal moisture conditioning system as a coal heating medium. CONSTITUTION:A crude coke oven gas having a temp. of 600-700 deg.C discharged from a coke oven 1 is led to a riser or a gas collecting pipe 2, where the crude coke oven gas is sprayed with an ammonia liquor which has been fed through a pump 4 and a piping 3, to thereby cool the crude coke oven gas to 150-250 deg.C. A part of tar contained in the crude coke oven gas is removed and fed through a by-pass pipe 8 into a coal moisture conditioning system 5, where a wet coal is dried using the sensible heat and latent heat thereof as a heat source for heating a coal. The coke oven gas is fed into a gas cooler 6, where the remaining tar is removed and cooled to about 30 deg.C and fed into a chemical engineering plant.
