CONSTITUTION:For example, when measuring the voltage of an controller of an electric car 1 at a certain measuring point, a first electronic computer subsystem 7A shares a function of a series of processing sequence in which a digital output for test preparation is applied to a test execution unit 2 to read an voltage value resulted from a test with the test execution unit 3. A second electronic computer subsystem 7B shares an interface function as switch or the like by controlling an operator 4 and a third electronic computer subsystem 7C does a function of editing a test data to print a achievement of tests with a printer 5. In this manner, the subsystems 7A-7C can be operated individually by dispersion of the function. Besides, an electronic computer system 6A executes the test procedure sequentially to administer the subsystems 7A-7C on a simple command.
