The exudate sent to the recirculation pit 5 under pressure is sent not only to a recirculation water channel 8 by a recirculation pump 6 but also to exudate treatment facilities by a raw water pump 7. The recirculation water channel 8 is packed with cobblestone or crushed stone. The exudate sent to the recirculation water channel 8 rises to a soil covering surface during a process naturally flowing down through the recirculation water channel to be evaporated and penetrated.
