PURPOSE:To provide a chimera antibody composed of an amino acid sequence of a mouse antibody H-chain V-region and an amino acid sequence of a human antibody H-chain C-region, reactive specifically to common antigen of acute human leukemia lymphoma and useful for diagnosis and remedy. CONSTITUTION:A chimera DNA sequence containing a DNA sequence coding the amino acid sequence of a mouse antibody V-region and a DNA sequence coding the amino acid sequence of human antibody C-region linked together in a state to enable the expression is integrated in a vector plasmid. The recombinant vector plasmid is introduced into a cell of a host animal and the chimera DNA sequence is expressed in the cell to produce a chimera antibody H-chain. One of the typical chimera antibody H-chain has an amino acid sequence of the figure.
