PURPOSE:Plural sets of oppositely placed rotary brushes rotating in reverse directions are provided staggering the angle between the rotational shaft and the material to be skinned along the transfer direction of the material and the material is skinned and transferred downstream. CONSTITUTION:Plural sets of oppositely placed rotary brush pairs 12-15 are provided from the inlet side (d) to the outlet side (e) of the guide cylinder 11, and the angle between the axis of the rotational shaft 12a-15a of each rotary brush 12-15 and the material to be skinned, i.e. a Japanese radish (a) is staggered in the plane crossing the longitudinal direction (b) of the radish (a).
