PURPOSE:To provide the titled apparatus preventing the excessive load of a motor constituted in such a manner that a rotary core is connected to the drive motor through a maximum torque control mechanism and the rotation thereof is stopped at a definite torque or more. CONSTITUTION:Into a cavity with a hollow semispherical body shape formed by a cavity plate and the rotary core provided to a leading end of a core rotary shaft 14a, a thermoplastic resin is injected to be molded while the rotary core is rotated to obtain a semispherical body for a table tennis ball. In this case, the rotary core is connected to the drive motor through the maximum torque control mechanism 30 and the rotation of the rotary core is stopped at a definite torque or more to prevent the excessive load of the drive motor. The rotation of the rotary core is stopped based on friction force between torque adjusting plates 31a, 32b and a theory of a differential gear apparatus 21.
