PURPOSE:To provide the title treating soln. having an excellent effect of improving mechanical strength, etc., by using a plurality of compds. selected from among alkyltri (lower alkoxy) silane derivative as coupling agent components and blending a lubricant component, etc., with them. CONSTITUTION:Predetermined amounts of at least two silane coupling agents selected from among aminoalkyltri (lower alkoxy) silanes [e.g., N-beta-(aminoethyl)-gamma-amino-propyltrimethoxy silane], epoxyalkyltri(lower alkoxy) silanes (e.g., gamma-glycidoxy-propyltrimethoxysilane) and mercaptoalkyltri(lowr alkoxy)silanes (e.g., gamma-mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane) are hydrolyzed. A urethane emulsion, a lubricant (e.g., polyoxyalkylene), etc., are added thereto to obtain the desired treating soln. for fillers or reinforcing materials for polyarylene sulfide resins.
