PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for an operation display section and a system state display panel by providing a controller processing a signal of an operation display section and a signal of a system state display panel and displaying the signal on a prescribed area of a CRT. CONSTITUTION:Alarm information of an exchange displayed on an operation display section of a supervisory test seat is converted into a TTL level serial signal by a signal converter 11 and transmitted to a controller 10 for a supervisory test seat operation display section and a system state display panel. The controller 10 stores all information and up-date information periodically and applies periodic interruption to a supervisory test seat controller 5 to send the stored information. The supervisory test seat controller 5 displays a signal on a prescribed screen of the CRT 7 based on the sent information. An electric key of the operation display section of the supervisory test seat is displayed on the screen of the CRT 7 and when key operation is required, a light pen applies marking to generate a signal equivalent to the depression and the signal is given to a signal converter 11 via the controllers 5, 10.
