PREPARATION OF BATHING AGENT COMPRISING POWDER DRIED LEAVES OF ARTEMISIA VULGARIS VAR. VULGATISSIMA AND A. VULGARIS VAR INDICA AS MAIN AGENT, BLENDED WITH CRUDE DRUG

PURPOSE:The titled bathing agent capable of being subjected to automatic separating packaging of volumetric or gravimetric type, not separating dried leaves of Artemisia vulgaris var. vulgatissima and A. vulgaris var indica from other crude drugs, obtained by blending them with a binder consisting of an alcohol or liquid perfume and a dispersant for the dried leaves such as sodium chloride, borax, etc. CONSTITUTION:Powdered dried leaves of Artemisia vulgaris var. vulgatissima and A. vulgaris var. indica as a main agent is blended with other powder crude drug (e.g., ginder, Licorice, Aurantii Nobilis Pericarpium, sweet-flag), 10-50pts.wt. based on 100pts.wt. of the powdered leaves of a binder consisting of an alcohol (monohydric alcohol which is preferably blended with a polyhydric alcohol in order to adjust viscosity) or liquid perfume and 3-7 times as much a dispersant selected from sodium hydrogencarbonate, sodium chloride, borax, sodium sesquicarbonate, sodium thiosulfate, salicylic acid(salicylate), potassium chloride, boric acid as the dried leaves by weight. Preferably the crude drugs other than the dried leaves are blended well, mixed with the dried leaves, and blended with the binder, and the dispersant in this order.
