STRUCTURE BODY SUCH AS INSPECTION GAUGE-MODEL AND THE LIKE AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF

PURPOSE:To facilitate manufacture of a light inspection gauge.model with high precision, by a method wherein, in said device, a surface layer, made of gel coat resin, and an intermediate layer, made of resin paste, are supported by a structure part layer being of a resin rigid foaming substance. CONSTITUTION:A structure body (a) such as inspection gauge.model is used for inspection of components of an automobile for precision and as a precision reference of a jig and other devices. A surface layer part 21 consists of a surface layer 23, being formed through curing of gel coat resin whose main component is epoxy resin, a paste 24a whose main material is epoxy resin and glass chop, and a paste 24a whose main material is epoxy resin and a stylene primary foaming product. A structure part layer 22 consists of a resin rigid foaming substnace block 25. In the manufacture of the structure body, the surface layer 23 and the intermediate layers 24a and 24b are coated in order named on a master model so that the surface of the surface layer part 2 coincides with the upper surface of the master model working as a reference, and the structure part layer 22 is then joined to the coated intermediate layer. After they are firmly adhered to each other for curing, the work may be exfoliated.
