FORMING PROCESS OF REINFORCED RESIN FORMED PRODUCT LIKE WOOD

PURPOSE:To reduce fatigue at forming process while improving forming property by forming resin, after the aggregate such as fine powder composed of breached and decolored chip material is mixed into forming resin stock in the ratio corresponding to the object of forming. CONSTITUTION:After contained coloring matter is decolored by a method such that wood chip 1 is dipped into breaching liquid 2, the wood chip 1 is crushed with the process of drying, whereby 50-150 mesh dried wood powder 3 with contained moisture of 3-8%, is obtained. This aggregate 4 is mixed into the resin by the ratio of 60-80% to polyurethane resin and urea resin, etc., and then, into these mixture, foaming agent with relatively low boiling point such as freon, propane, butane, etc. and polymerization catalyzer are mixed. Next, this material is poured into a forming mold and is foamed at room temperature or heated temperature, whereby foamed and reinforced resin product like wood may be obtained. This formed product has the foamed void constructed among the aggregate 4, and then the aggregate 4 is coated with the film 8 of the resin stock.
