AUTOMATIC SEPARATION TEST PIECE FEEDER AND AUTOMATIC SEPARATION TESTER

PURPOSE:To attain certainty, profitability, stability and high efficiency of measurement by holding many test pieces on a mounting stand by one piece in a T shape and conveying it to a holding tool of a testing device and automating the measurement with very simple constitution. CONSTITUTION:When the mounting stand 3 on which many test pieces are mounted rises and the test piece of the uppermost part is positioned at the prescribed position, the mounting stand 3 drops and the test pieces after the 2nd piece drop by their own weights and are separated each piece. A pickup 6 sucking the test piece on the uppermost part is turned by 90 deg. in the direction of a measuring instrument by cylinder 9. L-shaped metal fittings are fitted to the holding tool holding the pickup 6 and hold the test piece certainly in the T shape. When the measurement of the test piece held by an air chuck 12 is completed, the test piece is sucked by upper suction 14 and lower suction 15 and conveyed to the prescribed position. Accordingly, the measurement can be automated perfectly by the simple constitution and the certainty, profitability, stability and high efficiency of the measurement can be attained.
