ELECTRONIC WRIST WATCH WITH SCALE GENERATING FUNCTION

摘要

PURPOSE:To output a melody tone corresponding to a musical sheet through simple consitution by punctuating a generated scale through controlling a gate with an inhibition signal read out from a frequency-division-ratio storing circuit. CONSTITUTION:A frequency-division-ratio signal is read out from a frequency- division-ratio storing circuit 10 via an address counter 9 synchronizing with a synchronizing signal 14, and a scale signal having a corresponding frequency division ratio is generated by a frequency-division-ratio varying and frequency divising circuit 4. On the other hand, an inhibition signal is read out, synchronizing with the signal 14, from the circuit 10 together with the frequency-division-ratio signal and passed through a gate 8 to close a gate 11, thereby punctuating the scale signal passed through the gate 11. Thus, the scale signal for note length, etc., corresponding to the musical sheet is generated and a melody tone which corresponds to the musical sheet is outputted with the simple constitution.
