PURPOSE:To eliminate fine dislocation caused by the imbalance of rotation when refrigerator for cooling rotor is charged by providing two buffers. CONSTITUTION:The disc supporter 13 slightly movable and also divided into plural numbers in the circumferential direction is provided between the bearing metal 8 supporting the rotor and the bearing casing 10 supporting the metal, the buffer 16 to suppress the vibration of the supporter is provided on the axial direction side of the supporter, and the compressed buffer 14 is provided in the circumferential direction at the divided portion of the supporter. Thus, because some amounts of vibration is absorbed at the bearing portion, no wasteful time to balance the rotor is required and also the expansion of divergence vibration by refrigerator in the cavity of rotor can be avoided. And, divergence vibration in each direction near at critical speed and fine dislocation of rotor can be easily absorbed.
