SOLIDIFYING METHOD OF INCINERATION ASH OF PAPER MAKING SLUDGE AND DESULFURIZATION ASH

PURPOSE:To obtain an earthy material having high strength by subjecting incineration ash and desulfurization ash to component assay, adding a CaO source and an SO3 source thereto according to need and kneading the specific incineration ash and desulfurization ahs. CONSTITUTION:The components of incineration ash of paper making sludge and desulfurization ash are assayed and a CaO source is added to the incineration ash according to need. An SO3 source is added to the desulfurization ash according to need, and the incineration ash contg. =1.4wt% CaO and the desulfurization ash contg. =6wt% SO3 are kneaded. Then, even if the compsn. of the incineration ash and the desulfurization ash change considerably with the conditions for their production, the solid material having the strength of always a specified standard or above is obtained.
