Building facade mounted awning construction - has wall mounted consoles with slots for engaging angle brackets

An awning e.g. mounted over a doorway or other part of a building facade is of spherical shape and constructed of plastics. Two shells are connected with enclosed angled bottom section. A slotted console, and angle bracket arrangement fixes the awning in position. The awning construction includes a semispherical shaped plastics top shell (1) and angled bottom shell (2) with horizontal top surface. Awning rear wall has two L-shaped slots (7,8) which are pushed over consoles (9,10) having fixture plates (11,12) provided with T-shaped slots (13) and welded to angle profiles (14,15), of which the L-shape corresponds with slots (7,8) in the rear wall of the awning. The entire awning is manufactured of polyester.
