HEAT ROLLER OF FIXER USING POTENTIAL HEAT AS DIFFERENT METAL TRANSFORM FOR ELECTRONIC DUPLICATOR

摘要

In the electronic photo duplicator a heat roller is constituted by laminating Al layer on the inner and outer surface of heat roller and by pouring the melts of Pb-Sn alloy in the gaps between the inner and outer layers. Because of using the potential heat proceeding from the transformation of Pb-Sn alloy, the time, for arriving at the fixing temperature of a toner by heat roller is shortened.
