The invention relates to a seed-spacing drill, especially for maize, beet and the like, with a bucket disc rotating in a plane inclined relative to the ground and with a seed container arranged above the bucket disc as well as with a depositing disc which is arranged coaxially with the bucket disc and which is fitted on the circumference with pockets open outwards, as well as a seed outlet, the bucket disc being covered on its upper end face by a brush which sweeps with its bristles over the pockets, the brush being formed from bristle parts which are arranged in succession in the direction of rotation of the bucket disc and which consist of bristles of differing hardness or stiffness.
