A device for the opening and closing of locks has a handle on one side and a lock member on the other side, the lock member being mounted in a guide so as to be movable between an open position and a closed position. The lock member and handle are connected to one another via a transmission member, in such a way that the lock member can be moved between the open position and closed position by means of an axial movement of the handle.
