A moulded plastics panel such as a water tank lid has hollow tubular projections 12, 13 and 14 extending therefrom. Each projection is originally closed by a part 17 which can be removed by cutting to expose an aperture that extends though the panel for receiving a pipe 15, an air filter 14a or other fitting. IMAGE
