PURPOSE:To simplify a device and reduce its cost by connecting one side of an eductor provided with opening/closing valves on both ends to the discharge port on the ship bottom shell, connecting the other end to a recess hopper provided on the hold bottom, and injecting pressure water into the eductor. CONSTITUTION:A recess hopper section 1 is provided between an eductor top hopper 2 supported by a hold bottom plate 9 and a hopper cover 10. This hopper 2 is connected to an eductor 3 provided with an intake side opening/closing valve 4 and a discharge side opening/closing valve 5 on both ends. In addition, the discharge side opening/closing valve 5 faces a ship bottom opening section 6 board on the ship bottom shell. Pressure water is injected into the eductor 3 via a pressure water pipeline 7 by driving a pressure water opening/closing valve 11 provided on a deck 12.
