摘要
The invention relates to lightweight concretes in which lightweight concretes such as expanded polystyrene concretes (also known as Styropor concrete, Prottelith, Thastyron) or the like are again used comparatively as cement paste as in heavy concrete, lightweight substances such as pumice stone, expanded slag, expanded clay, blast furnace slag, other slags and the like being admixed instead of gravel aggregate as in the case of heavy concrete. The expanded polystyrene concrete is known under the aforementioned trade names and has weights per unit volume of between 0.25 and 0.45 tonnes per m3. The aforementioned lightweight concretes consist of expanded polystyrene beads 2-7 mm in diameter, for example 950 litres per m3, then approximately 200 kilogrammes of cement, preferably grade PZ 475 and 80 litres of water, and a foam-forming plasticising agent. As a result of the addition of the aforementioned lightweight substances such as expanded slag, slag etc., the overall weight per unit volume is increased to 500-700 kg per m3, the strength increasing overproportionally and despite this the finished composition is not brittle, it has the advantages of polystyrene concretes and much higher strengths than expected can be obtained, so that 2-3 storey buildings can be built with solid blocks of this material and concrete casting can thus be dispensed with. The material can be readily processed and to a large extent retains the frostproof property, the outstanding thermal insulation property and also the outstandingly good diffusion property of the ...
