The invention relates to an apparatus for erecting a prefabricated room for living purposes and is characterised by an outer shuttering (1) which bounds the outer lateral face of the building product to be constructed and an inner frame, to which an inner shuttering is connected and which bounds the inner lateral face of the building product and, co-operating with the outer shuttering (1), defines an interspace for casting the side walls of the building product.
