In order to assemble components made of nickel-based superalloys, especially one-piece components on an assembly part obtained from powders, the method includes two steps which consist of: a) a sintering operation in the presence of a liquid phase, carried out at a temperature above the solidus of the powder superalloy, in a vacuum of better than 10-2 Pa and for a period of between 30 minutes and one hour; b) a hot isostatic pressing operation in order to completely densify the part obtained from powder. Turbine-engine rotors are particularly produced by this method.
