CONNECTION STRUCTURE OF POWDER PAINT TANK AND INJECTOR FOR ELECTROSTATIC POWDER COATING MACHINE

PURPOSE: To simplify attachment and detachment of an injector by providing any one of the exhaust opening of a powder coating tank or suction opening of an injector with a male pipe and the other with a female pipe and fitting on any face of the male pipe or female pipe with an O-ring. CONSTITUTION: An injector 3 and powder coating tank 1 are connected through use of a connector 9 which consists of a male member 10 and female member 11. The male member 10 consists of a male pipe 12 and base plate 13 while a female member 11 consists of a female pipe 15 with which the male pipe 12 fits tightly in on the inner circumferential face, and base plate 16. On the circumference of the opening of the rear face of the base plate 13 of the male member 10, an O-ring 18 is put in by which sealing between the powder coating tank 1 and the base plate 13 is achieved.
