DYE SUPPLYING COMPOSITION, DIAGNOSIS TEST KID AND MEASUREMENT OF REAGENT USING PEROXIDASE LABELLED RECEPTOR

PURPOSE: To obtain a stable and high-sensitivity composition for measuring peroxidaze label by using a water-soluble or water-dispersion polymer and imidazol leuco dye. CONSTITUTION: For example, 4,5-bis(4-methoxyphenyl)-2-(3,4-dimethoxy-4-hydroxy) imidasol is used as imidasol leuco dye to prepare its methanol solution. Separately, a solution where sodium dihydrogenphosphate, polyvinyl pyrrolidone, chelate agent diethylene triamine pentacetic acid and electron transfer agent 4'- hydroxyacetanilide are adjusted to pH7 by sodium hydroxide is prepared and leuco dye solution is added. The dye supply composition is highly sensitive and can be packaged as a diagnosis testing kit without extremely reducing sensitivity.
