REGULATOR FOR TILT OF LOAD BOX OF DUMP TRUCK

PURPOSE:To tilt the load box at a desired angle automatically and positively by operating a switch selecting the desired angle of tilt and tilting the load box only for a time when a limit switch detecting the desired angle of tilt controls a changeover. CONSTITUTION:The switches SW1, SW2 and SW3 selecting the angles of tilt of the load box at a low position, an intermediate position and a maximum position are arranged to a driver's seat. The limit switches LS1, LS2 are disposed to the load box 2, and the ON-OFF of the limit switches are controlled by cams C1, C2 fitted on the car frame side. When operating the switch SW1, a solenoid valve is changed over through a relay, pressure oil is forwarded to a hydraulic cylinder for tilting the load box, and the load box is tilted. When the load box is tilted up to said low position, the limit switch LS1 is operated and said valve is changed over, and the supply of oil pressure to the hydraulic cylinder is stopped and the load box is held at the low position.
