PURPOSE:To certainly fix the rail of a welded section, by setting a space member for fixing a relative position between the rail and a hook, and by placing a loading plate having two pressure-receiving surfaces in the longitudinal direction of the rail, between the pushed-up surface of the hook and the rail. CONSTITUTION:Between the bottom surface of a rail 1 and the pushed-up surface of a hook 7, a loading plate 14 is placed, and between the bottom section of the rail 1 with projection sections formed at both the end sections of the loading plate 14, and the hook 7, a space member 15 is set. As a result, the rail 1 of a welded section can be certainly fixed by the synergy of a connecting rod 13 for regulating a space between hooks 7, 7', and the space member 15.
