PURPOSE:To attain the quantitative measurement of a coagulation value by forming the bottom face of an incident coagulation reaction container to a projecting surface and forming a gap which descends from the peripheral part of this projecting surface. CONSTITUTION:On the peripheral wall surface 3 of each well 1 of a microplate made of transparent plastic, a taper is provided and its lower part is formed to a little small diameter. In about the center part of the peripheral wall surface, the stepped part 5 of the tapered face is provided, from there a round hole 6 whose diameter is equal is formed, and the lower end is formed to a flat bottom. A mushroom-shaped plug body 7 is inserted into the lower part of the well 1, so that its head part forms the bottom face 4 of the well 1. The head part of the plug 7 is formed to a projecting spherical surface, and the lower part is formed to a columnar shape by scraping in a trumpet shape from its peripheral edge part. By inserting this plug body 7, a gap 8 is formed extending from the upper end of the stepped part 5 of the well 1 to the lower part. When this reaction container is used for an indirect coagulation reaction, it is only a non-coagulating matter that sediments into the gap 8, therefore, the quantitative measurement can be executed by the quantity of a sedimentation zone 9.
