PURPOSE: To obtain a foam cushion durable against an abnormal load with a short cycle time and good reproducibility by introducing reaction mixture into a mold cavity only after the mixture always arrives at a viscous state for creaming the mixture. CONSTITUTION: A first and at least one type other reaction mixture are introduced into a mold cavity, reacted to cushions having different elasticity and rigidity regions, and then the cushions are left from the mold. That is, in the case of obtaining two types of the foam materials having different elasticity or rigidity or particularly a foam cushions from the different types of reaction mixture corresponding to the fluidity for forming the polyurethane foam material, the mixture is introduced into the cavity only after it arrives at a creamed up already viscous state.
