PURPOSE:To make the line arrangement and wiring along a steering axis not to interfere with electrical equipments, and prevent the damage of the line arrangement and wiring themselves by providing the space hole, into which a steering axis passes, to the bottom surface of an electrical equipment box, and integrally forming a rib-state projection rising at the base part of a circular- state cross section to the peripheral rim of the space hole. CONSTITUTION:A space hole 35 into which a steering axis 25 passes is opened at the rear of the bottom surface 26a of an electrical equipment box 26, the hole 35 is formed in a semicircle with the axis 25 as the center, and a rib-state projection 36 is integrally and extendingly provided to the peripheral rim of the hole 35. The base part rising from the bottom surface of the box 26 has the cross section shape of a circular state in the projection 36. And a bracket piece 37 moreover projecting upward is extended at the rear end of the projec tion 36, and a small size electrical equipment is attached to the piece 37. And a mounting bracket 39 of a rod handle is fixed to the upper end of the axis 25, line arrangement and wiring 40-42 of a brake cable and clutch cable etc. are led downward passing from a transparent hole 43 of the bracket 39 to the hole 35, and are connected to a brake, clutch, or starter 29 respectively.
