DECORATION OF JOINT PART IN CERAMIC BASE MATERIAL AND DECORATIVE LAMINATE MATERIAL THEREBY

PURPOSE:To form a colored joint part efficiently and readily, by making plural layers of colored resin layers on the surface of a base material for ceramic building construction, cutting and processing the colored resin layers into proper depth and exposing any colored resin layer at the cut part. CONSTITUTION:A first resin coating compound layer 2 and a second resin coating compound layer 3 having desired color tones, respectively are formed on the surface of a base material 1 (e.g., fiber-containing cement perlite board) for ceramic building construction. Then the colored resin layers 2 and 3 are cut and processed into desired depth by using a cutting machine and any colored resin layer is exposed at the cut part to form a colored joint part 5. Then a third resin coating compound layer 4 is formed as a finally finishing process to produce decorative laminate materials. Consequently, since the surroundings of the joint part 5 are completely covered with the resin layers 2, 3, and 4, decorative laminate materials having the joint part 5 having excellent waterproofing and water vapor barrier properties can be produced.
