PURPOSE:To enable a migration analysis by using only the slag type migration device commonly for one-dimensional and two-dimensional migration and to contrive a reduction in analysis cost and improvement in analysis performance by juxtaposing plural spacers having the same thickness as the thickness of spacers between the spacers. A soln. is poured from the top end of the spacers 3 and the gel for one-dimensional migration is prepd. by polymerizing and solidifying the gel soln. Further, respectively different sample liquids are poured into plural pieces of the grooves from the top ends thereof and are loaded into the slag migration device, by which the one-dimensional migration analysis is executed. The glass plates 1, 5 are stripped after the on-dimensional migration analysis and the migration gels are taken out. The gels are cut off by each piece and are used for the next two-dimensional migration.
