PREPARATION OF MEDICAL PROSTHESIS SUCH AS ARTIFICIAL CROWN COMPOSED OF LIGHT PERVIOUS MATERIAL

PURPOSE:To simply and efficiently prepare an artificial crown excellent in strength and accuracy, by injecting a photosensitive resin in the cavity formed by removing a disappearing film mold and irradiating the same with light. CONSTITUTION:A crown disappearing model 2 is fixed and molded on a base crown 1, and a gate land 3 and an air vent 4 are formed by wax and the base crown 1 is embedded in a gypsum mold 5. Next, the disappearing model 2, the gate land 3 and the air bent 4 are embedded in a rubber mold 6. Thereafter, the wax part is removed by melting to form a cavity part and a photosensitive resin is injected into the cavity part to be irradiated with light.
