PURPOSE:To use water effectively without waste to reduce a water consumption by remotely operating a cock of city water using part of a body such as a foot instead of using a hand. CONSTITUTION:Wire 2 is pulled if a step plate 4 is stepped with a foot, and if the foot is returned, the step plate 4 and the wire 2 return because it is pushed by a spring 5. If the wire 2 is pulled to get one side of an actuation rod 9 supported by a support column 8 down, the other side where a cock 10 is supported is pulled up to make water supplied from the cock 10. Supply and stoppage of water can thus be controlled by operation using a part of a body such as a foot while leaving a hand freely usable, thereby the water consumption can be reduced.
