SLOW DESCENDING SYSTEM FOR REFUGING AND EMERGENCY ESCAPE FLOATING BODY

PURPOSE:To obtain a simple slow descending system for refuging which can be utilized repeatedly and speedily by filling a bag body with a double structure consisting of an inner skin and an outer skin with gas such as helium and using it as an emergency escape floating body, and connecting annularly the bag body concerned to a rope connected from a refuge exist to a descent spot. CONSTITUTION:By connecting annularly an escape use rope 7 to a rope fitting ring 10 of a bag body 3, the rope 7 is suspended down to a descent spot 6, and to the bag body 3 formed by a double structure consisting of an inner skin and an outer skin and provided with a plug 12 for injecting gas such as helium, etc., prepared separately is injected, and it is used as an emergency escape floating body 4. A loading part 9 is provided with a gas control plug 13 is provided since as the case may be, said body does not descent due to floating force of gas such as helium filled in the emergency escape floating body 4 in accordance with weight of a refugee, and it can descend by degassing freely the injected gas.
