PURPOSE:To pull up a lifting material, and to introduce tension to a membrane material by disposing one filament material continuing along a suspension material from which a lifting material is hung, connecting the end section of the filament material to a tension grip and winding the filament material by the tension grip. CONSTITUTION:One filament materials 30 continuing along suspension cables 10 hung from strut cables 11 are arranged. Accordingly, tension introducing work to the membrane materials can be conducted efficiently in a short time.
