FEED VALUE MEASURING APPARATUS FOR CONSTANT WEIGHT FEEDER

PURPOSE:To enable measurement of a feed value to be effected at a high accuracy by providing a feed value setter, an error computing section and a target reference value computing section. CONSTITUTION:A measured weight as feed value detected by a feed value detecting means and a reference value are compared with a feed storage judgment section 23 which outputs a closure direction signal when the measured weight is larger than the reference value to close a feed port of a supply container. Thereafter, the measured weight is detected by the feed value detecting means again and the reference value is subtracted from the measured value by an error computing section 19 to calculate a feed error value. Moreover, the feed error value is subtracted from a forecast feed value preset on a feed value setter 10 by a target reference value computing section 20 to calculate a target reference value. Thereafter, this error computation is repeated. It should be noted that the reference value employs a target reference value calculated by the computing section 20 at the (N-1) th operation (wherein N is integer of N1) and computation for correction of errors is repeated to update the target reference value sequentially.
